Welcome beautiful soul, it’s so nice you found your way here
I’m Alexia, the creative energy behind WILD ANASA
WILD brings primal aliveness, courage, and connection to the earth and nature; ANASA (ανάσα, ah-NAH-sah) means “breath” in Greek — the life-giving inhale and exhale that grounds, renews, and opens presence — and echoes Anassa, “Queen” (and an epithet of Aphrodite): together they call women back to fierce, embodied healing, where breath is ritual, wildness is courage, and embodied sovereignty of speech, body, and heart is reclaimed.
Though the physical space is rooted in Cyprus, the work extends far beyond four walls, into other lands, sacred sites, and even subtle realms. What you find here is not just a collection of practices and offerings, but the flowering of a lifelong journey of remembrance, connection, and service.
From an early age, my path was marked by an unbroken connection to the unseen. As a child, I spoke with friends from other realms so naturally that my mother set a place at the dinner table for them. She herself was a yogi, and it was through her support that I began yoga as a child. At first yoga was therapy for my hip dysplasia, and later the path that led me back into rememberance through deep spiritual practice.
At seventeen, I met a shaman. This was my first encounter with the language of energy, and it opened a door I had always known was there. I began learning energetics, recalling past lives, and receiving visions of futures yet to come. Just a year later I moved to Greece, studying drama and theater arts. Here I was introduced to ancient Greek mysticism by a teacher who took me under his wing on pilgrimage to Mycenae and Epidaurus. It was a powerful initiation into sacred sites, greek archetypes and rituals, which continue to weave through my entire life’s journey to this day.
In 2000, I began what would result in decades of Gridwork, although at the time I had no name for it. Traveling to some of the world’s most sacred sites and energy nodes, my path carried me from northern Europe to the south, to Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia, then across the subcontinent—Sri Lanka, India, Nepal—and deep into the heart of aboriginal Australia, Japan, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia.
I ended up living in Asia for 14 years, immersed in the continents temples and traditions. In Nepal, I began my study into Hinduism, living with a Brahman and his wife, Prem and Minu, who taught me the daily devotion of puja, and introduced me to the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita. In Japan, I absorbed the practices of Shintoism: purity, reverence, and connection to the kami, the spirits dwelling in all things.
My first visit to Cambodia was in 2008. Drawn to the sacred geometry and Hindu cosmology encoded in Angkor’s temples, I began to perceive parallels between the laterite and quartz stones of Angkor and the copper-rich soil of Cyprus. Both carried frequency, both amplified consciousness. The ancients knew and their temples were not merely monuments. I understood instantly that these are resonant devices, aligned with the Earth’s energy grid.
When I returned to Cyprus after years abroad, the land itself spoke. On a full May moon, Artemis made herself profoundly known, awakening my devotion and calling me into service. Soon after, at the Temple of Apollo Hylatis, I received a powerful download, a multidimensional vision that revealed the island and the Earth as living conduits of intelligence and healing. The subtle teachings I had gathered in Asia began to thread through the myths of my homeland, connecting everything. In 2020 I received my first Reiki attunement, which became the key that unlocked my energetic blueprint: it integrated those gathered codes, anchored them in my body, and allowed me to consciously embody and transmit the medicine that has always moved through me.
The Essence of my SoulWork
I have been called and blessed to lead retreats and activations in some of the world’s most potent energy vortexes Angkor Wat, Delphi, Delos, Cyprus, guiding seekers into direct experience of the Earth’s living energy grid.
Through this work, I have witnessed sacred sites as living portals. responding to our presence, our intention, and our willingness to remember. Just as temples were built on leylines and with materials like copper, quartz, and stone to amplify resonance, so too we humans act as antennae: When we align, we reawaken our role as co-creators, as bridges between the divine and the embodied mission here on earth, when we tune into this potential that resides within us we begin to live our mission and contribute to raising the frequency of humanity back to its limitless potential.
The mission of WILD ANASA is to hold a safe and supportive space for souls to come together in sacred co-weaving, to re-ignite the light within one another, to embody the golden future that is already emerging.
We are all guardians of light, holders of frequency. And when we remember this, we restore the Earth and ourselves back into sacred balance.

Her love of the ancient myths and frequencies of Aphrodite, Artemis and Apollo permeate everything she does, ritualising life and sacred work with reverence to the ancient and timeless energy vortexes that hold their name. A student of sacred geometry (Vesica Institute - Dr Robert Gilbert) and a lifelong humble servant of the love frequency, Alexia believes in a continued journey of learning vertically and horizontally and she has been blessed to have teachers from respected lineages both in energetics and the path of yoga.
In Alexia live many women, the storyteller of myths, the seeker of temples, the teacher of yoga, the Reiki healer, the pilgrim listening to stones and leylines, the mother embracing cycles of rebirth, the grid worker tracing energy across continents. Each one, a story, a lived experience, woven into one path: holding space lovingly and guiding where requested. Not form the place of leadership but from the space of perhaps having walked a few steps ahead in the path, learning how to navigate a little and sharing that knowledge humbly onwards. As Baba Ram Dass said “ We are all just walking each other home”.
“We are all guardians of the light, holders of frequency. When we remember our power and our impact, we activate the force of love and restore the Earth, back into sacred balance. WILD ANASA serves as a circle for remembering, a sanctuary to replenish the soul with joy and return into the world to share it”
