Event Details & Logistics
Date: Coming up this month October 11th, 2026
Time: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM (You are warmly invited to stay longer if your soul calls for it)
Location: The Caledonia Trail (Exact meeting point sent upon registration)
Energy Exchange: 25 Euro (including ceremonial Balinese Cacao) or 20 Euro (without Cacao)
Payment: Via Revolut with the reference “BArefoot Caledonia”

Flow of the Day
10:30 AM — Arrival & Cacao Ceremony: We begin at the trail head with a ceremonial Balinese Cacao circle to activate the heart space. (Please remember to bring your own cup to help us honor and protect the land.)
Sacred Geometry & Grounding: Moving through a powerful meditation to cleanse the energy field, we establish our connection to the vertical and horizontal planes, opening the third eye and crown chakras.
Barefoot Earthing: We will walk barefoot along the earth to release the fear of sticks and stones, activating the root chakra and anchoring our wisdom directly into the soil. We will not walk to the water fall.
River Immersion: The pristine river invites us into its pools, using the cool, living water to soften and awaken the flow of the sacral chakra.
What to Bring
Your own cup for the ceremonial cacao (essential for keeping our footprint light)
Comfortable clothing suited for walking, weather, and river immersion (swimwear/towel if you wish to dip fully)
Snacks for yourself or to share in community
An open heart, an exploratory spirit, and a willingness to embrace moments of complete silence
Everything shared throughout the day is an invitation, and personal exploration is deeply encouraged.
