On the day you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a cooling, refreshing drink and a nourishing lunch, an offering of comfort and care after your long journey. It’s the first step in leaving the weight of travel behind and letting Bali’s gentle embrace welcome you home.

We’ve thoughtfully included three delicious dinners. Among our included meals, you’ll enjoy a warm and welcoming first-night dinner, a rich Balinese cultural feast, and a very special celebratory dinner on our final evening, held at one of Ubud’s finest dining spots, the perfect setting to honour our journey together.

On other evenings, you’ll have the freedom to wander Ubud’s vibrant culinary scene at your own pace, no need to rush back for a scheduled meal. This flexibility not only keeps the retreat price lower, but also gives you the chance to savor the incredible variety of cafés and restaurants that make Ubud a food lover’s paradise.

All included meals are vegetarian. We are happy to cater to your special needs (gluten free, halal, asian, celiac, vegan, etc) and Bali is paradise for people with diverse dietary preferences.

Oat milk and other nut milks are widely and easily available in Bali and at our accomodation.

    Please plan to arrive at Denpasar (I Gusti Ngurah Rai) Airport NO LATER than 12:00 PM (noon) on Day 1 !

    Our retreat opens that evening and it’s important everyone is present and settled by the afternoon so we can begin the container together.

    • If you’d like extra time to settle in, I’m happy to help arrange accommodation in Ubud for the nights before the retreat. If you truly cannot arrive by noon, this retreat won’t be the right fit because late arrivals affect group energy and the schedule. We want to honour the experience for everyone.

    • If you need support booking a pre‑retreat stay, please reach out for recommendations.

    • Our retreat concludes on the final day as scheduled. If you’d like to explore more of Bali, beaches, shopping, or other sights, please add a few extra days to your trip. During the retreat we’ll be based in Ubud’s jungles, with limited time for shopping or long excursions, and the daily program is intentionally engaging. If you prefer more downtime afterward, consider booking extra rest days so you can relax and explore at your own pace.

    Our friendly English speaking drivers will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your name. If other retreat participants arrive within an hour of your flight, you may have a short wait at the arrivals area while we gather everyone, the terminal has pleasant cafés and places to relax during that time.

    The drive to Ubud typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours depending on traffic.

Unexpected illness or injury can occur to any of us. all of our participants must purchase Travel Insurance for both domestic and international travel. We suggest you check that your policy covers you for unexpected expenses that arise.

    RESERVATION DEPOSIT

    When you sign up for the retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 350 EUR. Only once we have received it, your reservation is officially confirmed. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. 

     

    THE REMAINING PAYMENT

    The remaining payment is due no later than the 3rd of JANUARY 2026. We will send you a reminder a week before the final payment date. If we do not receive your payment on time, we have no choice but to make your spot available again and you will forfeit your deposit.

    If you are on an Installments plan your first installment is due no later than 1 month after your deposit fee has been received.


     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you need to cancel, please note that up to 60 days prior to the retreat we refund 50% of the total amount. For cancellations up to 44 days before the retreat we do not refund any payment. You may transfer your spot to someone else.

     

    IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL

    If we can not host a retreat and we must cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive a 100% refund. However we are not accountable for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

    Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our policies cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, the retreat fees remain non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

    Please note that travel, cancellation and health insurance is your own responsibility. Furthermore, you participate at your own risk and you must employ your own judgment as to if this retreat is appropriate for your level of overall physical fitness as well as mental health.Participants are liable for loss and all damages  which may arise during the retreat. You hereby expressly waive any and all claims - of whatever nature - against The Conscious Collective and Alexia Berta Demetriou arising from damage, injury or consequential damage that may occur in connection with the participation in the retreat.
